Alaska: A Year in the Wild

Documentary following four seasons in the north American state, beginning with winter where temperatures are cold enough to freeze the ocean, and snowfall is measured in feet not inches. Cameras follow wildlife such as American red squirrels, who battle to hang onto food caches. Meanwhile, on the treeless plains, ancient musk ox are forced to search for theirs.
