The story is divided into four parts: spring, summer, autumn and winter. It takes the common life thinking faced by today's young people as the entry point, uses traditional food and Chinese culture to tell the story of love, and shows six contemporary young people staying away from the busy city. In the pastoral life, explore the spiritual journey of returning to nature.

It tells the story of a psychiatrist named Fang Yuan who, after the death of his mother, returned to settle in the seaside courtyard where his mother used to live and met a group of friends with very different personalities. They healed their souls through the simple rural life and each found the value of life.
