Jirokichi Suzuki of the Suzuki Zaibatsu receives a warning letter from Kaitou Kid. The target is the crown "Sea Witch's Water Spray", which is embedded with one of the world's largest tourmalines. However, Jirokichi is confident in his newly installed special passage "Fujin no Michi" to deal with Kid. It is the latest security device installed at the only entrance to the exhibition hall, and if the crown moves even a millimeter away, the entrance will be instantly blocked. With the warning time approaching, will Conan, who has been called upon as the Kid killer again, be able to capture the Reiwa magician?
