HIU-YEUNG sues CHIANG YUEN and SIU-TIN for hacking Mao Kwong's computer system. He also seizes the chance to take over CHIANG YUEN's company. CHIANG YUEN is not sad for FA-LA is pregnant with his baby. He decides to let go of everything and builds a family with FA-LA. After learning about TSAU-KAN and MAN-CHI's relationship, HIU-YEUNG asks MAN-CHI to reconsider him but MAN-CHI rejects him. FA-LA and MAN-CHI go to shopping together.
