In this university, there is a collective activity called BUDDYHERE that has been held for four years. It lasts for one semester and involves an appointed Budder who must take care of their assigned Buddy.

The Budder is aware of who their Buddy is but not vice versa. The Buddy can even rate and guess the identity of their Budder. If guessed correctly, the Buddy gains the right to have the Budder care for them for the entire semester.
