In an industrial and labyrinthine seaside town, people ignite suddenly with no reason. Suicides? Murders? Supernatural phenomena? To find out, Louise, a young journalist, and Gabriel, a psychiatrist, will investigate.
Patrolled by military units, the city is in the grip of terror. Louise is on the run from Moloch who, considering himself betrayed, seeks to kill her. To protect her, Gabriel shelters Louise in a motel on the outskirts of town. At this very motel everything will come to a head in a single night, sealing the fate of Moloch, his followers, and his prey.
