Caribbean Workout: Pilates uses the pool and the beach as backdrops for 4 complete Pilates workouts. Pilates instructor Jennifer Tilley along with fitness instructor Shelly Mcdonald, demonstrate exercise techniques designed to strengthen the lower body, back, and major muscles. These exercises also focus on the abdominal muscles, and demonstrate key breathing and stretching techniques.
