Sequel to 'Thought It Was Sweet', 'Two Sweet' is surprisingly a step up - I mean, it's the smallest possible improvement but an improvement it technically is.
I'm not exactly sure how they've achieved that feat, to be honest. The acting is still... forgettable, the audio remains awful and the story is hardly anything worth watching. However, somehow, I did sense it to be ever so slightly better paced and I actually felt like I could differentiate the characters from one scene to another.
Perhaps in the first film the filmmaker(s) just did a poor job at getting proceedings set and as everything here is ready to go it allowed a more easier to follow story develop. Or I might be stretching for a positive counterargument to what I've said negatively, who knows.
All in all, it's still a slog to sit through and isn't worth a watch. Still, as always from me, it's nothing personal - I'm just judging on my own personal taste at the end of the day. I hope the team behind these keep going and improving their craft. It only takes getting the basics right to create a film that is at least watchable. Low budget/iffy acting can be overlooked if other things are better, and vice-versa.
