A sheltered girl gets a crash course in survival when a mutant attack sends her to the surface, far from the safety of her underground home.
It's a great show with your typical goodie protagonist on top. But it's not scared to show that good intentions wont always solve things. It's a show where Kipo, the main character, is contantly being push for trying to see good in others. The arcs feel very satisfactory without getting too dark. And the animation and set pieces are amazing. All witha super unusual but equialy great soundtrack that blends everything in a tidy box.
-Great music
-Cool set pieces/action
-hopeful but not naive
What else can you ask for kids show? both adult and kids will have a blast with this one while actually telling a well crafted and compelling story. The only thing I can complain, is some of the villains feel rather easyto forget. And deux ex macchina every where all the time
