When young Joshua learns that he will be going on vacation with his family to a small town called Nilbog, he protests adamantly. He is warned by the spirit of his deceased grandfather that goblins populate the town. His parents, Michael and Diana, dismiss his apprehensions, but soon learn to appreciate their son's warnings. Guided by his grandfather's ghost, will Joshua and his family stand a chance in fighting off these evil beings?
It is a horrible movie and Connie Young only makes it worse...
...but it's like a train wreck where you can't look away.
I mean, you get stuck to your seat wishing Young had another line so she can shout it like she's talking to someone across the train-station whilst looking directly into the camera.
You can't wait to see the God-awful trolls again, which, honestly, I think were made to look that way because the director just wanted to humiliate midgets.
From start to finish you want to kill everyone involved...
...but you finish it because it falls into the so bad it's entertaining loophole.
But, well, it just hurts to watch it.
