O Land of Wrath

"Lil Din L-Art Irrabjata (O Land of Wrath) is a mix of experimental visual poetry and documentary. The films narrative revolves around Maltese folk music, ‘Għana’, and musicians, ‘Għanejja’ with underlying themes of the Maltese subconscious. The elements of the film are transmitted through a technical and social/cultural voice on Għana and visions of Għanejja and of the Maltese landscape and psyche."
