She is best known for her role in the supernatural drama series Manifest, as well as supporting turns in Low Winter Sun, The Expanse, and Zoo. Karkanis has also had a number of regular voice roles, notably Skyland, Growing Up Creepie, Total Drama, and Wild Kratts.
