An Egyptian director and author, he joined Studio Misr in 1935, and in its beginnings he worked as an assistant director in a number of works, including (Dreams of Youth, Magda), before he went through the experience of directing and writing alone in the mid-forties, where his first work was (Gypsy City) in 1945, which he performed Written and directed by him, also among his most prominent works (Women do not know how to lie, Husband on Vacation), he passed away in 2002.
