Michael Stevantoni

Michael Stevantoni is a filmmaker born and raised in Campbell River, British Columbia, currently residing in Los Angeles.

Michael is a graduate from Chapman University with a BFA in Film Production. After directing a number of award winning short films, he wrote, directed, and co-produced his first feature film Salton Sea in 2017. The film premiered at the Blow-Up Chicago International Arthouse Film Festival where it won awards including the Stanley Kubrick Award for Best Feature. Salton Sea also received nominations at the Milan International Film Festival, won Best Feature at the Nacogdoches Film Festival. Michael's latest feature, The Banality, is in the late stages of post-production and will premiere in 2023. Michael is based in Los Angeles where he production designs, directs music videos and is developing his next feature.
