Stanislav Dorochenkov

Stanislav Dorochenkov (born 1981; Moscow) is a Russian experimental artist, filmmaker, theatre director and actor.

He studied at the Russian State University and the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia, graduated from the Master's degree at the University of Paris VIII Vincennes-Saint-Denis. In his first films, he explored the boundaries of experimental, documentary and artistic, studied the ways of perceiving a text, a document, from the point of view of rhetoric, image and rhythm. From 2014 to 2021 he worked on the film "Ilyazd". In 2018, he created the play Omnia Vincit Amor at the Lavoir Moderne Theater in Paris based on the abstruse texts of Ilyazd and his own. As an artist-photographer, he exhibits his works in galleries in Germany, France and Japan. Shoots video clips. Author of articles about theater and cinema.
