Frances Williams (the daughter of composer John Curti), is an American actress who was nicknamed the "New Scream Queen" for her roles in several horror b-movies. After making her television debut, she landed film roles in WHISPERS OF NIGHT, CUT, THE LADY and FLESH&BLOOD. In 2003 she quit acting 'cause horror movies bring her nightmares. She has also modeled in Paris for different fashion designers.
