Hiromoto Tobisawa (飛澤 宏元, formerly: 飛沢 宏元, Tobisawa Hiromoto, born December 1954) is a Japanese composer and arranger from Hokkaido. He won the International Award at the 1994 JASRAC Awards for Captain Tsubasa BGM.
