Nobuhiro Mouri is a Japanese playwright, stage director and a writer. He is a secondary writer for Tokumei Sentai Go-Busters and Shuriken Sentai Ninninger as well as being the head writer of Uchu Sentai Kyuranger, as well as a secondary writer on Kamen Rider OOO and Kamen Rider Gaim.
