Ludovica Rampoldi

January 23, 1979 — Roma, Italy

Ludovica Rampoldi works as a screenwriter for most of the main Italian production companies. She wrote several feature films, including Academy Award winner Gabriele Salvatores’ latest project, “II ragazzo invisibile”, “La Kryptonite nella borsa” by Ivan Cotroneo; “II Gioiellino” by Andrea Molaioli; “La doppia ora” by Giuseppe Capotondi (in competition at Venice Film Festival) and collaborated to the script of “La ragazza del Iago" by Andrea Molaioli, winner of ten David di Donatello Awards.

She also writes for television, especially for the cable. She’s one of the authors of “Gomorra” a tv series based on Roberto Saviano bestseller, produced by Cattleya and Fandango for Sky and directed by Stefano Sollima. She’s part of the team who wrote the Italian adaptation of “In treatment” and she is author and creative producer of the tv series “ 992”, produced by Wildside for Sky.

She has also teached screenwriting and mentored students at the Centro Sperimentale of Rome, Holden School in Turin and NCN Lab, related to the Rome Film Fest.
