October 10, 1928 — Alexandria, Egypt

An Egyptian actress, born in Alexandria, worked as an actress with the artist Youssef Wehbe on stage. Souad worked in several theatrical groups, including the Al-Kassar group and the Najib Al-Rihani group. She also co-founded the Humor Theater group with her husband, writer Anwar Abdullah. Souad worked in the cinema for the first time with director Kamal Selim in the movie (Les Miserables), and participated in many films until the eighties, including: The Most Dangerous Man in the World, The Land of Hypocrisy, Love Over the Pyramid Hill. During the nineties, Souad Hussein also participated in the championship of many series, including: "Dayyat Wanis", "The Court", "The Republic of Zefta", "The Friends". Souad passed away in 2008
