Laïla Marrakchi (born December 10, 1975 in Casablanca, Morocco) is a Moroccan film director and screenwriter.

In 2005, she wrote and directed her first feature film, Marock, which was presented in the Un Certain Regard section at the Cannes Film Festival.

In 2013, she made her second film, Rock the Casbah.

She directed 5 episodes of Canal Plus' The Bureau (2015) and 3 episodes of Netflix's Marseille (2016).

In 2017, she wrote and directed Zwaj El Waqt, a documentary addressing the taboos surrounding love in Morocco, which was broadcast on the TV program Des Histoires et des Hommes on 2M.

In 2020, she directed 2 episodes of Netflix original limited series The Eddy.
